What we do
- Same day delivery where we can: order in the morning, have it today.
- We deliver to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and New York — not only Philadelphia.
- Carry it in and put it where it goes.
- Install it: hook up the water, the gas or the power, and check it runs before we leave.
- Take the old appliance away with us, so you are not left with it in the kitchen.
- Text you on the day, with where you are in the run, so you are not waiting all morning.
What to have ready
- A clear path from the door to where it goes — measure the doorway if it is tight.
- The old unit emptied, defrosted and disconnected if you can.
- Somebody at home who can let us in and say where it goes.
Two things we tell everybody before they buy
Water hoses for washers, the power cord and vent hose for dryers, and the power cord and flex line for ranges are not included in the price. They are cheap and we carry them, but we would rather you knew before the truck arrives than after.
Not every refrigerator comes with a water filter. Ask about the one you are looking at and we will tell you.
A second delivery for any reason will be charged, unless it was our fault.
Can you deliver to me?
Philadelphia and Bensalem and the area around them, yes. Further out, call and ask — we would rather say yes or no on the phone than take an order we cannot keep.
